United Southern Bank employs fraud monitoring to help detect and protect against ATM/Debit card fraud. It’s always smart to inform your bank when you are traveling to help USB make better decisions while protecting your card. Otherwise, we might deny your purchases because we suspect suspicious activity. USB has made enabling your travel notifications easier than ever. Simply use your Snap!App Mobile App to submit your travel notification by following these instructions:

  • Open Snap!App Mobile App
  • Select “Menu” in the bottom left-hand corner
  • Select “Manage Cards”
  • Choose the card(s) you will be using while traveling
  • Select “Travel Notification”
  • Type in the locations and dates that you will be traveling
  • Select “Submit Travel Notification” at the bottom of the page

Lost/Stolen Card?

Use your convenient Snap!App Mobile App to switch your card off at any time day or night following these instructions:

  • Open Snap!App Mobile App
  • Select “Menu” in the bottom left-hand corner
  • Select “Manage Cards”
  • Select “Turn Card Off” on the card that has been lost or stolen
