We understand that your time is valuable. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest banking revolution – The Express Interactive Teller Machines, or Express ITM! Our ATMs will be upgraded to ITMs at all branches.
With just a touch of a screen, our ITMs will connect you directly to a live, local, experienced Teller via video chat to assist you with deposits, fund transfers and loan payments. You can skip the live teller simply by inserting your debit card. The ATM mode will even allow you to select specific denominations you want to withdraw. The ATM mode will still be available 24/7.

Live Video Teller Support
Our Live Video Tellers are available to assist you in real-time as they would at any drive-thru location. Our Express Video Tellers are local and experienced USB Tellers that you already know.
Extended Hours
Our Express Video Tellers will be available to assist customers at the ITMs from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday and 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday.
Bilingual Assistance
ITMs will allow us to have a bilingual Video Teller at every branch to assist customers in their preferred language to enhance the overall customer experience.
All Branches Open on Saturday
Once all ITMs have been installed, all branches will be open on Saturday. Head to branch closest to you and a Video Teller will be waiting to assist you from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Faster Service
Average ITM transactions are statistically faster than traditional drive-thru services. This means less time waiting in line at the bank and more free time for you. We will also have an additional ITM at the Main Office and Elkton branch for customer convenience.
