We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on one of our outstanding team members as we bid farewell to the 4th quarter. It’s our pleasure to highlight the hard work and dedication of Rasha Wilson!

Rasha started her career at USB as a Teller at the Elkton Branch in 2006. In 2009 she became Customer Service Representative backup. She moved into the Loan Processing Department in 2011. In October 2011, Rasha moved to the Trenton Branch as Head Teller and CSR. She was promoted to Branch Manager at the Trenton Branch in 2018.

Rasha has been married to her husband, Keith, for 16 years and they have a daughter, Kristen, two sons, Rusty and Dylan, and a granddaughter, Illianna.

Rasha enjoys going to church, spending time with family, playing with her granddaughter, and traveling with her husband. Some of her hobbies include going to old car shows, going to concerts, and tending to her plants.

When asked about her time at USB, Rasha stated, “The past 17 years at USB have been wonderful because I love helping my customers and getting to know them like family.” We are so grateful for Rasha’s compassion and exceptional customer service. She is a true asset to United Southern Bank!
