Congratulations to Candra West for being awarded the July Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Candra had two nominations for the CIA Award. The first was for helping an older gentleman, who usually only uses a flip phone, make a mobile deposit. She did it all over the phone, so the customer did not have to come in. Sometimes it can be hard to walk customers through mobile deposits, it’s especially hard to walk a customer through it over the phone. Way to go!

Candra also received a nomination for assisting a customer and his family in a time of need. We recently had a long-time USB customer that was diagnosed with cancer. His daughter reached out asking if we could sign paperwork notarizing her signature. Candra was willing to go down to Jennie Stuart and help the entire family. It was a critical time for them since this gentleman may not have had much time left with us. Candra went above and beyond to help the entire family through an extremely difficult time.

We are so thankful to have Candra at USB. We appreciate her hard work and dedication!
