Congratulations to Elvin Wagner for being awarded the February Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Elvin is constantly smiling, is a true team player and goes above and beyond for his co-workers and customers.

He was recently nominated for jumping into action when a customer spilled the contents of their wallet losing the money they had just withdrawn.  When the customer reported the loss of funds this employee demonstrated commitment to customer service with quick action! He crossed the busy street, hopped the fence, and searched the fields across the way for the customer. They were not able to find the customers’ funds, yet the employee took ownership and jumped into action without being asked to help out a customer in need.
