Congratulations to Billy Bingham for being awarded the January Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Billy was nominated for CIA by a team member who was traveling to different branch in another county and decided to use her GPS to find the branch. She ended up in the middle of nowhere, totally lost and in unfamiliar territory. When she called Billy, he stayed on the phone with her until she was on the main road and could make it to the branch she was working at that day. Billy knew all the roads and kept her calm and helped her get where she needed to be.
