We are excited to shine the spotlight on our Express Video Head Teller, Cynthia Stenke, for our 4th Quarter Employee Spotlight.

Cynthia started her career at USB as a full-time Teller at the Pembroke Branch in 2018 and quickly learned Customer Service Representative duties before transitioning into the Head Teller role at the Main Office. In 2022, she became the Training Coordinator/HR Generalist. She also filled in as the Interim Branch Manager at Trenton before moving into the Interactive Teller realm. Cynthia recently stated, “I am very excited to have this opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers and demonstrate the savvy technology via the two-way video Teller conferencing system as one of the Express Video Tellers.”

Cynthia recently graduated with her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University, an accomplishment that we at USB, her family and Cynthia are all very proud of. She will be looking forward to spending her free time with her wonderful husband, a retired ARMY Veteran and their four beautiful daughters, exploring botanical gardens and planning for their next family vacation. Cynthia will now have time to do crafts and get lost in a book or two since that had been her passion.

We are all full of gratitude for all of Cynthia’s many contributions to USB and the customers. She is a super star and we are excited to see her thrive and thrilled she is a USB team member.
