Congratulations to Brittney Newcom for being awarded the October Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Brittney was nominated for stepping up to assist another branch with CSR needs during our transition. She has taken it upon herself to contact customers to update signature cards and arrange them to visit the bank at a time that was convenient for them. She has been a huge source of information, and she has gone out of her way to answer questions and walk her co-workers through finding the answers. She has truly gone above and beyond.

She is very dedicated to her job and serving our customers. We are so happy to have her as part of the USB team!
