Amy’s nomination stated, “She is a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I could not make it to a closing due to a death in my family. She jumped right in and offered to go to the closing for me, so the customer did not have to wait. When I am working on loan documents, she is always quick to respond, maintains a good line of communication and is meticulous when doing her job. She is always willing to help with anything needed. She makes my job easier and helps make our customer’s experience a great one at USB.”
