We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and ATMs at our branches. These machines are designed to offer you a faster, more convenient banking experience while still providing you access to the personalized service you expect from us.

What are ITMs/ATMs?

• Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs): These advanced machines allow you to do more than just basic transactions. You can speak directly with one of our friendly Video Tellers via video chat for real time assistance. Whether you need to cash a check, make a deposit, make a loan payment or get personalized help, our ITMs make banking easier. The ITMs even offer extended hours to make banking more convenient.
• ATMs: Our ATMs will also be upgraded to enhance your experience. The new software will offer simplified navigation and faster transactions.

ITM/ATM Launch Schedule: 

We have already deployed ITMs/ATMs at our Pembroke and Crofton Branches. The ITM/ATM Launch Schedule for the remainder of the branches looks like:

• Canton Pike Branch: The drive-thru will be closed for construction September 23rd through September 27th. The ATM at this location will be out of service September 25th through September 29th. The new ITM/ATM will go live on Monday, September 30th.
• Elkton Branch:  The drive-thru at our Elkton Branch will be closed September 30th through October 4th. The ATM at this location will be out of service October 2nd through October 7th. The new ITM/ATM will go live on Monday, October 7th. We will have 2 ITMs/ATMs at this branch.
• Trenton Branch: The ITM/ATM at our Trenton Branch will go live on Tuesday, October 14th. The construction has already been completed at this branch.
• Main Office: The drive-thru at our Main Office will be closed October 21st through October 25th. The new ITM/ATM will go live on Monday, October 28th. We will have 2 ITMs/ATMs at this branch.
• Clinic Drive Branch: The drive-thru at our Clinic Drive Branch will be closed October 28th through November 1st. The new ITM/ATM will go live on Monday, November 4th.
• Clifty Branch:  We are still waiting for construction to be completed on the new Clifty Branch. We will update with the ITM/ATM go live date soon.
