Meet our Express ITM Video Tellers!

Cynthia Stenke is our Express ITM Head Video Teller. Cynthia has been an employee at USB for six years, holding various positions including Teller, Head Teller, Customer Service Representative and Training Coordinator. She has worked at several of our branches including Pembroke, Main Office and Trenton. At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a retired Army veteran, their four wonderful daughters, their fluffy dog and her very lazy cat. She looks forward to assisting you with your banking needs!

Jaime Smith is an Express ITM Video Teller. You may know Jaime from our Crofton Branch. She has been an employee at USB for a little over a year but has several years of banking experience. She is very excited to be assisting you with your banking needs on the ITMs.
