We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Courtney Glass, Credit Risk Administrator, for our 3rd Quarter Employee Spotlight!

Courtney Glass started her journey with USB as a teller at the Clinic Drive Branch in 2011. Since then, she has held the roles of Mortgage Underwriter, Loan Operations Administrator and most recently was promoted to Credit Risk Administrator.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, kids, and sister; riding bikes, swimming, walking the dogs, hammock swings, listening to music and enjoying sunsets together. Courtney’s other passions include playing piano, attending Book Club, and stargazing.

“The past 12 years at USB have been wonderful not only because I have been given the opportunity to grow professionally, but I’ve also been given a voice to mentor others. I’ve worked with my amazing team for years and the bonds that we have established through our collaboration and mentorship have been my favorite part of my banking story.  I excited to see what’s written on the future pages of my story here with USB”.
