Congratulations to Whitley Grace for being awarded the May Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Whitley was nominated for the CIA award for going above and beyond for our customers. On a Saturday, a customer contacted a Pembroke team member, believing there was an error on their account and they needed their money immediately. Whitley went into the bank, fixed the error and provided the customer credit so they could get what they needed to get through the weekend.

She went out of her way to help this customer on her day off. She is a true asset, and we are proud she represents USB so well! Whitley has a servant’s heart and gives so much of herself to all that she does.
