Congratulations to Leslie Shanklin for being awarded the January Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Leslie’s nomination shared, “Leslie will gladly do what is asked of her even outside her role. She has stepped up when it came to working on the hay bale for Todd County Bale Trail, putting up Christmas lights, cleaning around the branch, picking up lunches for the branch, and so much more! She will do the little things that need to get done and make a big difference. She displays the core values of USB in her everyday interactions with co-workers and customers and who she is as a person.”
