We received new reports on January 19th, 2024 that several customers and non-customers have received a text message “FRM: United Southern Bank,” claiming a large pending charge for approval and urging the recipient to click on a link to cancel the transaction. Remember that USB will NEVER send a text with a clickable link or ask you to verify charges. DO NOT click on the link or respond to the text.
