Congratulations to Rasha Wilson for being awarded the December Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Rasha was nominated by her co-workers for helping a customer recognize a scam. A customer came in to get a cashier’s check and Rasha knew that it was out of the norm for her, so she politely asked for more details. The customer has already been scammed several times and Rasha has gone out of her way to help her before. The customer was very grateful for Rasha’s help to prevent making payments to scammers.
