Congratulations to Debbie Howie for being awarded the August Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Debbie was nominated by a co-worker who stated, “Debbie noticed an elderly gentleman who was using a walker as he was trying to enter the branch. She quickly went to open the door to help him walk in. Then, she pulled up a chair for him and did all the banking transactions as he sat and rested. He repeatedly told her how much he appreciated her. Once she has completed all his banking, she assisted him out to his car.”

Debbie is a true example of a compassionate and caring heart. We are so thankful to have her in our USB family!
